PRE-WORKOUT
Energise your body to preserve muscle glycogen (the stored version of glucose) and stave off premature fatigue. Consume one serving of GAME DAY 15-30 minutes prior to your workout.
INTRA-WORKOUT
To maintain your energy levels and keep your muscles working well, have half a serving every 30 minutes. If you're an endurance athlete engaged in prolonged exercise, take sips of one serving mixed in 400ml of water or your preferred sports drink for extra energy and hydration.
POST-WORKOUT
After workouts lasting up to 90 minutes, take ½-1 serving within 40 minutes post-exercise. Pair this with a minimum of 20g of top-notch protein, like a serving of Hypa Sports Pro-Charge Whey Protein.
