Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a natural compound formed during the breakdown of plants and the digestion of indole-3-carbinol, from the Brassica genus of plants.
INDOLE-3-CARBINOL

Recommended Use or Purpose:Vitamin E is an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health.
Recommended Dose (Adults >18 years): Take 1 capsule daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an autoimmune disorder, a history of hormonal or gynecological disease including ovarian cancer, endometriosis and/or uterine fibroids or cancer; or other medical conditions (e.g., a liver disorder) or develop liver-related symptoms (e.g.,abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine). Do not use if you currently have or previously have had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.
